1. Acceptance
These Terms govern access to and use of Social Shorts Scheduler (the “Service”), operated by Eduardo Vieira Mendes. By connecting an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Purpose of the Service
The Service helps authorized creators organize, schedule and transfer short-form video content to selected third-party platforms and optionally track aggregate performance metrics for their own connected content. For TikTok, the Service offers two publication modes selected by the creator in the post editor: an Upload (draft) mode, in which the video is delivered to the creator's TikTok inbox for the creator to review, edit and finish publishing through TikTok's own application, and a Direct Post mode, in which the video is published to the connected creator's profile using the privacy, interaction and commercial-content settings the creator chose in the Service. Direct Post depends on TikTok's approval of the application and is available on every plan. In both modes the creator previews the video, chooses the settings and explicitly consents before anything is sent to TikTok.
3. Authorized accounts and content
You may connect only accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You remain responsible for the videos, captions, music, trademarks and other material you submit, and for obtaining all necessary rights and permissions.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to violate applicable law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, platform rules or community guidelines; distribute malicious material; misrepresent identity or authorization; or attempt to bypass security and usage restrictions.
5. Third-party platforms
The Service integrates with TikTok, an independent platform. Its terms, policies, availability, moderation and technical restrictions apply separately. The Service does not control and cannot guarantee acceptance, processing, visibility or publication of content by a third party.
6. TikTok authorization
TikTok access is granted through OAuth. When separately authorized and enabled, the Service may list the connected creator's own recent videos and read their aggregate metrics. You can disable metric collection in the Service or revoke authorization through TikTok's app-permission settings. Revocation may prevent pending or future transfers from completing.
7. Availability
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be interrupted by network failures, maintenance, API changes, expired authorization, moderation or changes made by third-party platforms.
8. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect loss, lost reach or revenue, removed content, account restrictions, failed uploads or third-party service decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended when necessary to protect accounts, data or service integrity, or when use violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of connected-account data at any time.
10. Subscriptions and payments
Subscriptions are recurring (monthly or yearly) with the quotas shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Free trial: every new account with a confirmed e-mail address receives 7 days of access with the Starter plan limits, with no card and no charge. The period starts on the first visit to the dashboard and is granted once per e-mail address. When the trial ends, scheduling new publications is blocked and access requires an active paid subscription; anything already scheduled keeps publishing. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Changes
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the Service, law or third-party platform requirements. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
